Pet-care exclusions
No reptiles, including snakes. No eight-legged animals, including spiders. These exclusions apply to all pet-care visits and overnight sitting.
Getting to you
Travel & mileage
Travel is included within 10 driving miles of our business base. Beyond that, the fee is $0.75 per additional round-trip mile.
For example, a home 15 driving miles away adds 10 round-trip miles beyond the included distance, for a $7.50 travel fee.
Your travel fee is confirmed before booking.
Reserving your time
Deposits & cancellations
A 25% deposit reserves first-time or one-time cleaning, deep cleaning, and overnight house or pet sitting. It is based on the estimated or quoted total and counts toward your final bill.
No deposit is currently required for regular cleaning, short visits or laundry.
Deposits are refunded for cancellations at least 48 hours before service, or in full if Cassie cancels. Any late-cancellation terms are agreed before a deposit is collected.
